Refund policy
We have a 24 hours exchange policy only in case of item damage in transit, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Exchange eligibility
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We need an unboxing video of the package right from opening the parcel till the end, no cuts and joins in the video will be entertained. You can share the video on exchange@FabOrchid.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will not process returns cancellations or refund for the following-
- Reasons like product is big or small or heavy or long. We take all efforts to take clear pictures.
- Minor design variations or color changes-All items are completely handcrafted; thus, they can be a minor variation in each piece.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Exchange/Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once we receive the product/item we will initiate a new exchange product/item in 1 business day. In case product/item is out of stock, we will let you know and initiate the refund. Refund will be automatically fund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
